I have for sale a brand-new-in-box Elemental Designs NINe.1 amplifier.

Besides the built-in LPF and Bass EQ, this unit also features a built-in variable subsonic filter (24db/oct slope). This unit can also be "strapped" to another NINe.1 amplifier to essentially run as one unit. (one giant amplifier so to speak)
I am the original purchaser of this unit, bought directly through Elemental Designs via their online webstore. The unit is still under ED's factory-direct warranty. (2.5 years left on the original 5 year warranty) I have the original invoice/receipt and paperwork for this purchase which I will ship to the buyer with the amplifier. I will also take the necessary steps to transfer the warranty over to the buyer's name if ED requires it.
Reason for selling: I purchased this item and several other pieces of car audio equipment pending an elaborate "SQ system" project. I kept putting that project off and never got around to actually completing it. This unit has never been installed and has never seen power. It has basically sat in the box tucked away in my closet since I purchased it.
I will be finishing my car audio project this summer and have decided to use Alpine's new PDX amps instead of the ED amps. (Due to their small and efficient design, and also due to the fact that my budget has increased and I'm a sucker for new technology
)
I have taken pictures of the unit, manuals, and mounting hardware. I must apologize in advance, but this unit will not ship with the ED remote gain controller as I seem to have misplaced it somehow (I either lost it or my amplifier didn't actually ship with one. I cannot remember exactly) If you are interested in purchasing this amplifier but needed or intended on using the remote gain controller, let me know and I will check with ED to see about getting a replacement ordered or discounting this amplifier to offset the cost of you having to order a replacement.
Again, this unit is still brand new, and has never been installed in the car and has never seen power. It is in flawless cosmetic condition, with no scratches, nicks, or dings anywhere on the unit.
I am asking $285 shipped for this unit, OBO. ($270 + $15 to cover shipping)
