Sold FS: Elemental Designs ED NINe.1 180$+shipping

Ok, this ED has been used for a year and a half to two years, never over the rated power (it's been running at 1200w at one ohm with bass boost off and loud on headunit off), and I'm looking to sell it for 180$--changed--150$ plus shipping costs. It has a few scratches and such, I can get pictures up in a bit.. but there is a POSSIBLE MINOR issue with it, if you would like to know what the issue is, here is the link to the thread explaining it:

And no, I haven't heard or witnessed the moan/buzzing lately either, but it has done it before..

So, buy away!!

I'm putting this on eBay if no one gets it..

P.S. Guaranteed not to be DEAD on arrival, but if buyer notices the humming or the short comes back, or gets worse, or whatever, that's buyer's responsibility to have ED fix it.

EDIT, READ: I keep looking at my posts in the other thread explaining the problem, and the "crackling" and cutting in and out sounds way worse than it is, because the volume of the subs "crackles" they don't cut all the way off, the volume just decreases noticeably but it does it varyingly causing a "crackling" effect, to my knowledge, when it does this, the subs are still on, just not as loud.. I would listen to it more to explain it further, but it only does it spuratically and hasn't done it lately.. thanks

UPDATE

I sold my buddy my subs, and we hooked them up to a kicker kx1200.1, and the subs are still kinda cracklin at low volumes, so that was NOT the amp!!! So if there is ANYthing with the amp it's just the hum (that I haven't heard in a month).. so it's saying:

To be honest I have no idea, I'm not going to jip you out of information by saying yes because it has hummed before, but that's all it has done, the subs were crackling not the amp, so all I have heard was it make some noise, didn't affect performance at all, just a little loud when I cranked my car up lol
