I dont have the box and manual with it sorry! And spivey (in my sig) has the warranty for it. Its transferrable so whoever buys it can easily get it from him. It does come with a brand new bass knob tho.

im not sure. I only used the amp for 2 weeks and spivey didnt even use it. There's no problem with if and I'm pretty sure there won't be for a really long time man.
