Purchased this brand new retail from Circuit City and put about an hour on it before selling my Eclipse DVD unit. It has Velcro on the bottom and I had to cut off a couple unneeded mounting tabs for it to fit perfectly into my mounting location. Works like new and includes all original accessories and is in the retail box.
