Sold FS: Eclipse CD 5444 200.00 firm or trade??

I have for sale a gently used Eclipse CD 5444 that is mechanically perfect and only a tiny scratch on the screen that can only be seen if you are really looking for it. It was professionally installed and un-installed by a high end Eclipse dealer, and has just come back from Eclipse to have a new lens installed and check up before sale. Comes with a new wiring harness, warrant card with a little less than a year remaining (if it's transferrable??), remote, and media card for the magic gate that allows you to go to the Eclipse site and download the perfect settings for your car. Only reason I'm selling is because my wife decided she wanted sirius and this unit wont do it. I'm new to these forums and no one knows me, but You may check my 100% feedback on ebay under the same name.

Price is only 200.00 plus shipping and insurance or I may consider trades. Let's talk.

OK, I have lowered the price to $160.00 plus shipping, and as advised this unit is a 5v preout that will significantly raise the sound quality if you are used to less.

No it will not unfortunitely. It just means that you don't have to turn the gain up as high, when being compared to a 2v pre-out. Now if the unit dishes out say 23w rms per channel, then that would mean that you get better sound quality at even lower volumes, versus a unit that send 17w rms per channel.

And lower gain level usually relates to better sound quality as the amp isn't being pushed to or past it's limits, doesn't it? Perhaps I am wrong. If I misspoke I am sorry.
