Selling a lightly used, with box, Directed 1200t 1000w 2 channel amp. This amp was designed by Robert Zeff for Directed Electronics and is a Class T tri-path amp with multiple power rails. It is essentially the same amp as the Arc 1500D-R (ampguts here for comparison), also designed by Zeff but Directed added an additional impedance mode, top panel controls, BIT Writer interface, and fan controls. Due to it's multiple impedance modes it has several power configurations.

* 225x2 @ 4ohm (high impedance mode)

* 450x2 @ 2ohm (high impedance mode)

* 900x1 @ 4ohm bridge (high impedance mode)

* 150x2 @ 4ohm (low impedance mode)

* 275x2 @ 2ohm (low impedance mode)

* 1000x1 @ 2ohm (low impedance mode)

* S/N: > 98 dB

* Freq. Range: 20-20kHz

* Damping Factor: > 200

* Input Sens.: 150mV to 8V

* Crossover: var. 12dB 2-way

* Variable Bass EQ: 0 to 12dB

* Variable 20-50Hz subsonic filter

* 24dB slope in mono lowpass operation

* RCA Output: Yes, stereo

As for references I sold quite a few things back on rec.audio.car (tons of Xtant and Directed amps), my ebay username is ema425. I can probably dig up some email addresses for an Infinity 311a I sold a few weeks ago locally, and a DEI-204 active crossover I sold about a month ago.

The only trade I'd be interested in is a 12" D4/D1 ~500w RMS sub like a DIYMA, RL-p, SI Mag, Fi Q, etc.

I won't sell the 1200t that goes into protection separately. Not worth it to pack and ship it separately.

Nope, no bass knob. My HU had sub controls so I just used that.

These things are pretty big. 19" x 9-3/4" x 2"

Nope, never used the Bitwriter and I'm the only owner. Not sure what the defaults are. I've always wanted to play with the Bitwriter but never got around to getting one.
