pc3200 is DDR1 184pin

my ram is DDR2 240pin so it wont work for you

Any chance that you have an e6600 solo that you're looking to sell? have a 4400 now but looking for a decent upgrade. would love a quad but don't have the $ for one unless I can get a good deal.
