they are in excellent condition. comes with 2 mids, 2 1" silk tweeters, and s satnet 456 crossovers. originally purchased on april 7th 2004 and i still have the original receipt, purchased from an authorized dealer. what you see in the pic is what you get. sorry but i don't have any manuals, box, or grills. looking to get $180 shipped.
