does this amp do true watts? overrated? underrated?

I know it does it's rated power. I owned a cadence amp and it had awesome sq and never got hot. Too bad didn't see this before I bought the rubicon.

bump for pics. there a little imperfection (little, i mean little chip on the paint.) nothing big. it'll be easy to take off the cover and paint it whatever color you want.
