The only thing wrong with the battery is the label is ripped a bit, just pulled it from my car because I replaced it with a C&D ups12-490fr, otherwise i would be still using this battery.
Don't have a resting voltage because I don't have a DMM, but if you REALLY need it, I can try and find someone who has a DMM
