I hate to do it, but I have about 25 people in line right now trying to buy it over at DIYMA forum via a cross post, so I'm going to close this post pending one of those persons not completing purchase. I've setup to give each person 1 hour to respond and pay or I move on to next on the list.

Your on my list, as is James above, but as it stands now James is in third position time wise, and you fall into 5th position. That shows you how fast I got hit with replies given your two posts are only about 2 minutes apart.

Had to go back and compare times on all the posts to even form an order to work through, but figured this was the only fair way since everyone posted, PM'd and all said "I'll take it" within minutes of each other.

Unfortunately, first person took all black, and second person took yellow. If it falls through, I'll keep working my list of responders.
