what they are saying is it is against paypal policy for you to sell something and have it worded that the buyer is to cover paypal fees.

I did not know that. Thanks for the heads up. I always thought that it would be an understanding between the buyer and seller in the end....sort of like shipping fee(s) etc.

I believe they discontinued the SAE 1000D and just changed it to the SAZ with a few upgrades. They have 2 lines for mono amps...SAE and SAZ. SAZ being the higher end models.
