it is BNIB but as 2 little scuff due to shipping package that was a bit thinny, these 2 small cuff can be seen on the pics. one is on the heat sink(pic #4, and one is under the amp(pis #5). This amp comes directly from a dealer so like I said it is BNIB and had never seen power.
