I have a BNIB Eclipse XA4000 amp shipped directly from Eclipse, came in today as a warranty exchange for a former fried amp.

Used Diamond 361i Coaxial speakers, my rainbow comps replaced these. They still function fine and are about 8.5/10 cosmetically. These speakers will come as is, meaning there are no grilles/screws or instruction manual, and it will not come in the original box.

Do you have a copy of the replacement order or reciept from eclipse. Does it still have a factory warranty???? I'm interested.

I am home on thanksgiving break and will be back to school monday, when I get back I will check to see what paperwork I have. I am not sure if eclipse offers warranties on any products unless it is installed at a certified dealer for their equipment.
