This is a blown amp in need of some repair, the amp blew due to the power wires being hooked up to the opposites. positive to negative and negative to positive.

you really should get it fixed then sell it noone is realisticaly gonna pay $300 for a blown amp that you can get new for $650 .with a warranty .imo not trying to dump just sharing my opinion .

I agree. But he may not have the money to do that. If he lowered it to $250 even he may get more people.
