Appreciate the offer but nothing I see peaks my interest.

not too sure because I got it as a motor but if I had to guess I'd say a tc 5200
You claim that the unthreaded 4hp is stronger?.. do you know how much stronger in newton's? and how sure are you?

I'm 100% sure it is, at least I was told so by the person I bought it from who is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything TC. He told me the qca model has 2 less b than this one. Hope this answers your question.

I don't think you can be 100% sure of anything someone selling you something is telling you.. Was hoping for some solid evidence, but thanks anyway.

I bought the motor from a reputable member on another forum and I don't know if he's a member here (plus I don't feel like searching right now) but I will pm you now or anyone else interested the thread from the other forum that has pics of both threaded and non-threaded 4HP motors side by side which clearly shows this motor is larger which should obviously show what I mean since I don't think we can post external links.

the added steel and nicer shape on the top plate provides better saturation. this is one of few 4hps that didn't receive the qca treatment and that's a good thing. oh and this was part of custom build by a past eclipse employee (4 layer round copper coil, softer compliance spiders and surround assembly).

Brother in law has some of their 8’s and they are little beasts. Typical cookie cutter product that performs as it should.

Off the shelf design, nothing special and will sound like a bull horn. The best pro audio drivers I’ve heard are the crossfire XTpro6’s. The best...

The formula is Square Root of your target Wattage Multiplied by Ohms. 50Wx4Ohms=200. Square root of 200 is 14.14. So 15v AC is your target.
