Bought this off azbass, and been thinking about it, and planning to buy a termlab single sensor. It looks brand new, barely used, and guaranteed to work.

Maximum Input or Output Voltage: 13 Volts

Does this mean if your charging system outputs more than 13 volts it could potentially damage the unit? I know - an extremely n00bx question but that specification is troubling to me...
