Sold FS Apple Powerbook G4 Laptop

I am trying to pay some people off on here and it seems like the only way to do this is to sell my laptop. It is a Powerbook G4 with a 1Ghz G4 processor, 512mb RAM, 40Gb hard drive, Combo drive (DVD/CDRW), airport extreme (wireless internet), and bluetooth. It is the 12" model with the aluminum case. These average 1100-1200.00. I am accepting reasonable offers. I need 160.00 to pay off people on here and as for the rest I would take cash or trades. I am looking for subs, amp and head unit. I would like 2 12's. Decent subs only. Along with a amp to power them. I would also like a nice head unit. Flip face detachable only. I would also take a sony PSP in partial trade but it would have to be in mint condition with everything they come with new. I know my rep on here is not at its all time high so I am more than willing to use an escrow service for the cash portion if need be. I can also do a local pickup if you are in vermont or close enough to meet. I will consider other trades as well but I just cant think of anythingelse at the moment. well, I can get the amp for 125 or less shipped on ebay so we will just say 125. As for the subs I would give them about say 300 shipped plus your 160 would total up 585.00. I am asking lowest 925 shipped so you would need to come up with another 340.00 cash or a nice cd player and cash. Let me know what you think. I dont mean to give ya a low price but I am going by what I could get them for. You probably payed more so it is up to you.

haha, nah, thats cool, the subs is about right, but i was actually lookin and the amp sells for about 200 on ebay, but i was just lookin for a deal, if it went thru with ya great, if not oh well...so oh well, best of luck tho, if u change your mind let me know. Oh, and thats a little bit pricey for that g4 considering its used and ur still charging 75% of retail...

shouldnt u have the cash allready? since if hes going to send it first, might as well have the cash ready in hand, then u can check out the laptop for like 30 mins and send him the money.....

Not really. If you knew macs you would also know that they hold there value very well. Look for one used with the same configuration and you will see that what I am asking is average. Actually less. At first I said 1025 shipped and that was 100-200 less than what alot of people are charging. Then I dropped it to 925 which is 200-300 less. I think I am being pretty **** fair considering the average selling price.

Yeah macs hold their value much better than pcs. That's part of the fun of owning one. Like the other guy said, I'd put it on ebay. You'll get close to what you want and don't have to tolerate the annoying ones here

I think I noted in the first post my rep was not the greatest. That is why I sadi I would use a escrow service. They send the money to them and after they get it I send them the laptop. Then after they ok it the escrow service sends me the money. If they dont ok it they send the laptop back and when I tell the escrow service I have it back they return the money. Not to be a ******* but next time read the whole thread before you open your mouth. Another thing, I am not asking you to trust me with ****. Your post was not wanted or needed.

Lol, you are a dumbass. My reputation on here does not matter as I am asking nobody to trust me with their money. That is what escrow services are for. It would be one thing if I was saying you send me 1000.00 and I will send you the laptop. I am not expecting anybody to do that. Granted, if I was dealing with someone that has the feedback I do I would be very hesitant about buying from them. However, if they were offering escrow options I would have no problems at all. Either way, your post was just you being an *******. Which is fine. Everyone has the right to their own opinion. I just ask you keep your opinion out of my threads. Thanks and good day.

The main subs I am looking for are RE SX 12", MTX 9512 or 9515, Kicker L7, Audiobahn AWT12X or something along those lines. Mainly SPL subs.
