There's really not much of a benefit to 4v Pre-outs vs 2v Pre-outs...2v will hook up and run your amps just fine.

The 203 came with a slot for the P1 navigation drive I believe, other than that they are pretty much identical specification wise...

ya it does matter. When you are running SQ amps with very low distortion, the stronger the output the more clean juice you can get out of your amp. SPL don't matter, any 2.2v hu will do what they need.
