Both are in good condition. The source unit is in great looking condition aside from normal wear and tear and smudges. Same goes for the CD changer.
One thing is that the AI net cable is cut, it can be spliced together using a butt connector and should be fine. Or you can purchase it on Ebay, which isn't much.
