ok folks, i've decided to sell my 9510F...

why? a bunch of dumb reasons:

1. I bought this sub cus i wanted to check out the DD craze, and i walked away amazed...but, i am not going to be able to fully utilize this sub...not enough power, i got about 1500 to throw at it but with a puney battery and stock alternator, i doubt its getting more then a 1000rms...

2. Heavy as a mofo...with the box i built for it, its very heavy for my little prizm (corolla)

3. I'm very content with my two SD208's (more then loud enough for me)...

i always set my gains with no bass boost, no "loud" on the HU, EQ set at FLAT on the HU...so it hasn't been distorted at all...

if you want the box for it, its fully carpeted, carpet tucked in, nice terminal cups, i'll only charge you for the extra shipping and the materials...$30 for materials with about $40 to ship it...8 guage wires going out of the box btw...

its going to be shipped in its orginal DD box and inside another box that will be peanuted all around...

shipping will be $30 in the midwest (within 500 miles of central WI), $40 out east and out west and south...

i prefer money order because i don't want to **** up $13 or so (3%) in paypal fees, otherwise you pay that and that'll be fine as well...

its got dual 2's...so perfect if you got a very powerful 1 ohm stable amp...thanx

any if anyone wants to pick it up, $400 for the sub and just pay the $30 for the box...i spent about 8 hours building it...

I have a 9510D running off a memphis belle and it get's loud will do a 144.? on the tl. and that is with only 1000 watts free bump anyways

i've definitely heard of multiple people doing high 140's with one of these beasts with lots of power and the proper box...probably something considerably bigger then what i got right now...

i built it to the biggest recommended DD box...but again, thats just recommended, many people seem to put this sub into at least 2.0 to 2.5 cube box...

if you do external ports, i think it will be just fine...

hell, DD recommends as small as 1.25...

i'm sure it will sound fine as mine is sounding pretty good right now, but it seems like many people put it into something bigger to optimize it....
