Sold FS: 4x RE XXX 18s D1 Coils

I have four freshly re-coned RE XXX 18s for sale. Was going to use them in my wall but have decided to go another route!

They are about as brand new as you can get, tested them to make sure the coil was in alignment and thats it. These have the newer XXX exponential profile cones on them, less moving mass than the original cones. Glued w/ 2-ton epoxy, they won't be coming apart any time soon!

$350 + shipping each for the three perfect ones

$325 + shipping for the one w/ slight glue mishap around the dust cap (SOLD)

Pics Coming in a few minutes.

* All four lined up.

* The glue mishap dust-cap... really is not very noticeable at all.

* Gaskets, they are included but I haven't put them on yet.

Oh... and as a heads up. It may take me a few days to a week to ship them as I will have to purchase packing cartons and all of the proper materials for shipment -- which I won't buy unless I have them confirmed to be sold. In light of recent happenings on the forum I am posting this in advance!

How much power does this thing need? Dual 1's can be wired to what in series/parallel?

You can get 1/2 ohm or 2 ohms. With a pair you can get 1 ohm, 4 ohms, or 1/4 ohm.

I do not have any extra gaskets, actually... didn't get one back with the X-18 recone unfortunately. David @ RE could probably sell you one cheap though (TeamPSI on here).

Don't know what the T/S are exactly... these have 07' style cones on them (exponential profile) resulting in 70 grams less Mms than the originals -- this cone is also stronger. So they would have a Lower Qts and slightly higher Fs.

RE called for around 6 - 8 FT^3 tuned to 25 - 35 Hz on these, though... IIRC.

Impedance is 1 ohm nominal. DC Resistance is 0.7 ohms per coil.

No logos on these at all.

You can make an offer if you like. IMHO my listed price is quite fair for fresh re-cones w/ the updated parts so I'm not likely to come down much.

Shipping will be $38 each woofer, FYI.
