FS 40GB PS3 and XBOX 360 w games

Ok, I have a 40 GB Ps3 and 3 gamesSOLD, I also have a modded xbox 360 with 5 games and 2 controllers. The PS3 games are NCAA 08 and 09, and NBA Live 08. The xbox 360 games are Gears of War, Pure, Madden 09 and GTA4. Im selling both systems cause i need money fpr down payment on a house. To do a quick sale, im asking 250.00 SHIPPED for everything plus shipping!! My xbox has never had poblems, and its not a HDMI, and i will throw in a HDMI wire for the PS3. I have plenty of refs on here, and i will post pics when the wife comes home with the camera. Also to be clear, the xbox games are back ups, but they work flawlessly. Yes, i do all day long, and my back ups ahve a patch on them the make to make them look real on xbox live!!
