I'm not post dumping, I call it negotiating.....the Apple refurb comes with a 1-year warranty to cover any future defects, yours comes with no warranty whatsoever and is scratched up pretty badly, whereas the refurb is given a brand new case and accessories. If you aren't willing to go below $100, just say so and I'll leave it alone.

I'm interestd too but not for 100, if you are willing to come down on the price a bit please post up. Also does it come with the cords to connect to the pc to transfer music?, and how is the battery life?

Well I see another 2gig on here for 90 shipped with no cords and yes mine has them and it has mainly been used while I have been working out so the battery life is still really good. So 90 shipped is that cool?
