Sold FS: 250a mechman alt (grand prix)/kinetik 2400

looking to part with a couple things, most likely going to be buying another truck so i need to get rid of a couple things that i wont use.

first up is a 250 amp mechman alternator, it is for a 2005 grand prix but will fit other models also i believe, it comes with the birthsheet and it was rated at 261 max output, and i believe more then 170 @ idle. installed for 1 month powering a 3000d w/ a kinetik 1800 and a kinetik 2400. sold the amp, uninstalled and put the stock one back on. been sitting here since.

next is a kinetik 2400. owned for about 7-8 months, used for about 2 months on a 3000d, sold the amp, been uninstalled ever since. voltage rests at 12.8, battery itself cosmetically i would rate an 8/10. this one does not have any kinetik stickers on it, but i believe you can email them and they will send you them for free if im not mistaken.

oem's are sold, they were for sale about a month ago. sorry man you missed out. good price they were

and the motor is a 3800 series 3, but i believe it may fit any 3800 engine, because if i remember correctly when i had my bonneville it had the series 1 and i believe the alt had the same mounts as this but you would be best asking mechman before me

would also be willing the trade the kinetik for an SAZ-1000d. not interested in the sae-1200d as i do not care for the heatsink, even though its still solidly built, i want it to match my 100.4d

Allright, im going to call up Matt tomorro and see if this will fit a 3100. It seems that the alts are in the exact same spot on the engines so who knows. May just work. If so I'll contact you ASAP.

yeah i think it will fit to be honest, they look like they mount the same but i dont want to sell it to you without knowing if it will fit for sure so i would double check if i were you.

and let me know what you find out, even if it doesnt so if someone else asks that question i know the correct answer.
