Condition:
- This unit has never had power to it. I bought this for an install and never got around to using it. I did open the package while i was building to mock up the capacitor for my amp rack. During the mock up process the capacitor did suffer a few small scratches and scuffs. It also has a small indention at the top of the capacitor (pictured below). Once again this item has never even had power to it so unless it was DOA it should work fine.
