Dude, don't take it personally. It may just be the language barrier, but I'd be nervous as can be if I was him too. That's a great price for the amps though, I love mine.

it depends.

my kx2500.1 is not 1 ohm stable (well i ran it at .7dcr, but nominal it should be at 1 ohm). however bassadict ran his at .7 all **** day. its really a luck of the draw it seems like.

if pioneer says his are 1 ohm stable, then they are 1 ohm stable.

IgnoreMe is right. i know for sure one of them is 1 ohm stable cus the person i got it from ran it at one ohm on a stock alt. but i just made the assumption with the right electrical that all of them were 1 0hm stable which i shudnt have made that assumption. but im pretty sure it is.
