ohhhh man... I couldn't live in a highly populated from area... that would drive me insane... get some earplugs.. sleep with a fan next to you to cover up all background noises... works like a charm... i've been doin it for years.. had my fan on 24/7 for the last 4-5 yrs.. Take it everywhere I go with me.. works wonders!!

well we have a fountain out front and on the side by my window, the neighbors have a big pond that there in, i threw rocks in there, but thats a temp stop for 10mins
