Last week a detective testified he smelled alcohol on Gecho’s breathe at the hospital. But today, the nurse from Legacy said he was standing close enough to Gecho to take Madison out of his arms and didn’t detect alcohol.

How many people out there pull kids on sleds behind snowmobiles? I guarantee she wouldn't be any better off hitting a tree in the woods than hitting a wall in a parking lot.

As for him not calling 911, most of the time, it's faster to drive someone yourself. My aunt pulled up to a crash site last summer and called 911. Got the dispatch center 2 counties away instead of the one that was 10 min away. Took almost an hour for them to get to the site. Unless they paramedics are really close, it's no use a lot of the time.

Was he a bit irresponsible? Sure. That doesn't meen he's a bad guy or deserves to go to prison over an accident.

Now if he WAS drinking, it's a whole other story. He deserves to be screwed to the wall.
