Friends 2012 Sentra build advice

I'm building a system for my friends 20th birthday in his 2012 Sentra. Its a surprise for him.

Either way this is what I'm at so far:

SoundQubed HDS210 D4

2 cubes gross tuned at 32hz

I'm still looking at amps. I'm leaning towards an APSMM1500 @ 2ohms. I'm up for any quality used amps that will put out 600 watts @ 2 ohms under $120 shipped

I also need help on the Line Output Converter. It is a stock deck so we are going to have to tap into his 6x9s in his deck to get the bass...do you guys have any recommendations for a budget friendly one that will do the job alright for the price..?

..Also do I need seperate wiring for the LoC? I'm thinking of going the Audiocontrol LC2i way. Also I am reading that there is conflicts with the LC2i and bass knobs? The APSM1500 has a direc to amp bass knob..

You can get a new Precision Power i650.1 for $120 shipped. If the stock system cuts the bass as you turn up the volume you'll need LC2i. Otherwise for a lower cost I recommend Cache C-LOC+D. I can get you either one.

That is a nice amp but does 650@ 1ohm not 2 .it would do like 300 @2ohms

U shoulda got the d2 sub...bump ur budget to 200 and buy a ppi bk1800.1. if u already got the d4 ..then when he adds another sub later on he doesnt have to buy a new amp just get full power from the ppi at 1 ohm

Haven't bought the sub yet! I actually might upgrade him to a HDS212 in this box

^^^^2.25 cubes NET tuned to 32....you think I the HDS212 will perform well in that box??

I honestly think I'm going to get an APSM-1500. Been pushing my OA15 for 2 years now no problems...and its 1,2 and 4 ohm capable..I've been pushing my 600w OA15 @ 2 ohms with gain set nicely and its been pushing it no problems //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

If you were commenting on the i650.1 you're wrong. It's 650W @ 2 ohms. It's not 1 ohm stable. The specs are listed in the link.

Oh cool i assumed all the ion series were 1ohm stable .rock on.perfect amp

At first I thought that was a poor design choice, but these are seriously nice amps for the money. It's easy to get a 2 ohm load with 1 or 2 subs.
