So im frying chicken for the the 1st time want some advice... How hot, How long? i have it flavored and batterer.... P.S its in a skillet
i really dont cook chicken all that much, its been like a year since i cooked it and probly 6months since last time i ate it. but i do mine on about medium high(6 out of 9 on the old school stoves like i have lol). and cook it to the point to were it its just cooked all the way through and no longer. i hate dry A$$ chicken.Man neither is smoking, running in the cold, eating to much, LOL you got a point... just playin bro, i cant believe no one could help lol you cook?

lol yea.... i hate dry, thats why i wont eat turkey either, UNLESS its deep fried lmao.... Deep fried turkey is the sh1tdry chicken is almost as bad as dry pork chops lol
Boom is fuckin right 20 mins on each side on about (6 out of 9) was delicious juicy and crispy... i mixed milk and eggs, Dipped it in that so flour and ingredients would stick mixed the flour and ingredients in a bag Shook that shit like shake and bake ... BOMB mealVeg oil in pan, about medium heat. 6-7/10. Ssssssssss until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and repeat. Then onto a paper towel to absorb that oil.
