you guys were right...i need more glue on my dustcap its makin a ****in noise when it hits n plays high notes

no this is a different kinda slap its either definitely the dustcap or somethings ****ed with the recone

what volume does it make the noise?

my mt made noises after it was reconed from 18->15, had to recone it again because it was misaligned...i didnt recone it in the 1st place though

not tinsel slap is it?

he didnt put that little cap on the inside of dustcap did he?

press down on the edge of the cone all around and see if it will stop,if so its screwed

i remember mine made some random noises some times, hiccups?

yea its definitely the dustcap i was playin 10hz tones and it was moving alot no scratches no nothing no noise from the dustcap then on higher hz it would start makin the noise from the dustcap again
