Dave you are only digging yourself a whole here.
Don't forget that the OP has legal rights as well. I'm not saying it would be worth the hassle but to some it can be and you are making this the public spectacle it is.

OP good luck with your situation, sounds as if you are out on this one. If I was in the area I would gladly go pick up your product and ship it back to you though.

Like I said in the other thread, im done. Im the one in the wrong here apparently but yet in the other thread where I laid out the facts I was told to keep the sub, blow the sub, tell the guy to **** off. I would never suggest those things. No need to get irate with me here.

I'm posting from a logical stand point. If you think you would get a judgment with everything you have already posted on this forum being able to be used against you then you are wrong. Everything you have posted goes into what is called "character profile". With everything that you have posted a mediocre lawyer would eat you up in the court room.

Also, I never said you or he was right. I said that they way you are posting is causing a massive issue with the situation.

If its HIS sub as you claim and HE said let someone have it if they pick up whats the big deal? Not like hes asking people to go bang on your door and **** with you. Yea your out a couple bucks but hes also out two subs. Both lost out pretty much. Trashing it shouldnt even be a option man!

Well its hard to post politely when so many people are being complete ******** on here. I wont debate the whole court room "what if" scenario....its pointless. While you wouldnt suggest those things I mentioned many others did.

I don't think you're being unreasonable at all, you have every right to want to break even after a bad deal.
There's alot of different ways this could be resolved, but none of them should involve you losing money.

Whoever it is needs to die, he is obv a f'n moron.. He's trying to take advantage of you. Just keep everything and tell him to go f himself. If he insists on having the subs back have him pay shipping and to refund the 75 bucks.
99.9% of internet threats are bs.. If anything happens (which it won't), his name will be the first one you give to the police.
