i use the same screws on my boxes i love them. home depot finally started carrying them i got tired of shipping them from germany

boxes look nice....especially since in your other thread I think you said you don't use a table saw. I would work on your finishing though. Bedliner can look seemless and great if used right.

I usually do quite a bit of sanding with the DA sander once boxes are finished, and I finished taking pics. The two toned box has a horrid paint job on the front baffle, wasn't having a good day!

He'll build a box for the price of wood, no labor or anything.. So a box under 2 cu ft for under 30 dollars basically

MDF soaks up like a sponge, lay down several coats of high build primer. Then sand down smooth and then do light coats of the bedliner building it up. on the joints sometimes a little filler is needed,

I think your work look very good. I think you should not sell your self short by comparing your self to fisher & other pros boxes and being not as "good". I didnt sit your and study your work to the T, but they look good esp. only using a circular & jig saw.

do you do truck style boxes(under 2 cubes of course), or only rectangular boxes?
