the gains had to be set very low. what a waste of good power. 1 of those subs will blow off 300 rms pretty easily.

slim, i have owned many 750.1 amps and have owned comp c's. if you hooked up 2 c10's to a 750.1 the subs would come to life and kill themselves before you could get a chance to turn it on all because of fear.. a 750.1 would cook those c10;s in mere seconds

I sat in this guys jeep on several occasions, I know what he had. I saw it with my own eyes. He had that system over 8 months w/ no problems

And there was no way he had them wired wrong, because they were as loud as my 2 Memphis M312's sealed on a PR 1000.1

you just have a horribly installed system, and his is installed well. his enclosure is good, yours sucks. a good box builder and installer can get loud and low with 300 watts. a crappy builder and installer needs memphis m312's and a pr1000.1, and still can't do it.
