I have a Rockford Fosgate 400s

100x2 rms continuous 4 ohm

200x2 watt rms continuous 2 ohm

I have 2 4ohm 12(Polk db1240)

Continuous 360 watts

Peak 720 watts

Will the attached wiring diagram be the right one for me to use to get the most out of the amp? Or should i get a new amp. Thinking about the Alpine MRV-M500 Monoblock Class D Car Audio Amplifier 500W if the fosgate won't work correctly at the 200 watts.

Thank You.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong (I'm no expert, and still learning), but pretty sure all you're going to get is 100x2 with that sub/amp combination. You could run just one sub in a bridged configuration and you'll get the 400x1. Pretty good match imo. If you get another amp, I'd look for a monoblock in the 600-800 watt rms range, 2ohm stable of course. Or a 2 channel that does ~400x2 at 4ohm.
