28. Arthritis like a 60 year old though. Who said being an athlete as a kid was good for you? I'd kick their *** if it wasn't for this bad hip and knees and ankles and wrists and shoulders and back and neck!

If I get much worse as I get older, I'll need a walker to get to the helicopter by the time I'm 35.

Dude..I'm feeling you there. I'm 18 and my arm is screwed up for life from pitching since I was 12. I'm now limited to softball....
