Thank you so much goob! Do you have any more infor than that? Like a projected time frame? Server specs as compared to the current server? Downtime? How much longer this is going to last?

It will be a huge improvement over the current one. The current one is no slouch though, it's just that the site has grown so much lately. The downtime might last a couple hours or so, depending on how smooth things go.
