planning on bracing the baffle? with all that force going even a double baffle could flex, a simple 2x4 under the baffle running between the 2 sub cutouts with the 2inch side touching the baffle would probably be sufficient and really stiffen up that baffle

Not sure yet if im gonna keep the double and leave it or brace it or put a third baffle on :S well see lol
