i have a 12" kicker L5 in a custom box being pushed at 2 ohms by a audiobahn 800 watt amp...it sounds real good but my friend is offering me his 2 12" HX2's for 80 bucks...pretty much brand new...if i thru those in a ported box....and hooked the same amp up.....meaning less power to both subs then the kicker.....wat would sound better?

what amp is it? what car? box tuned to what? punch or power HX2's?

either way 2 HX2's for 80 bucks is a steal

nope.. That kicker is getting what it needs.. I would just leave the kicker in there.. If you buy the subs just get a bigger amp

its a honda accord...not sure wat the box is tuned to....ima buy 1 from a car audio place if i get them...the amp is the audiobahn a8000t...thanks
