Looking for a definitive answer on whats the output Vs SQ of IDv3 10/12 and IDQv3 10/12. do the IDQv3s get louder and sound better then the IDs? just sound better?

ive read the idqv3s are comparable if not better then JLw6v2s how about the ID's?

The IDv.3 's are very efficent and they will get loud in ported apps.

The IDQv.3 can get loud as well but , are more geared toward SQ than anything else

If you are looking to get loud with some SQ the IDMAX would be a good choice.

IF you are worried about output, neither are really the right choice. Both are very well made drivers that can sound very clean. I have not tested the latest IDQ, but the v2 was not very loud.

They can both get loud and sound **** good.

The IDQ's are the flagship SQ model, they are very musical and love IB.

The ID's are a lower more cost efficient line made for the daily listener that also sound great.

well right now i have 2 re sr10's ported in 1cube each they sound really good. but im selling them to my buddy with a f250 and gonna try 2 12s either ported or sealed in 1.3 cubes each i would like alittle more output but mostly better sq. or better sq at high outputs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif how about that its just so **** hard getting the output AND SQ i want in such a tight space. (behind the rear seat of a 02 f250 crew. the box im building is 1.3 each side with just under 6" MD.
