The Cross over for the z6's what exactly does it mean when that Light comes on? Im gonna guess that it means that the Crossover is being pushed to hard, or getting to hot?...And Is that Light a Fuse? and if it is, is it replacable if it got burned out?

It's a tweeter protector.... it regulates power to the tweeter and takes some of the power/heat away from it so you won't blow the tweeter.

It is replacable... if it were to blow out, a new one could be soldered to the board.

It meas that the speaker is being pushed too hard. It's there as part of a tweeter protection circut designed to 'burn off' excess energy that would otherwise kill the tweeter. At least that's how the MBQ passives are designed. I would be willing to bet Boston is using it for the same reason.

609c is very good for their price. I haven't used the Pioneer but I'd figure if they're comparable price they should perform similar.

This could be due to a voltage drop. There's no constant voltage going into the head units. It's always changing. At which point this could be...
