I'll transfer the pics from the old thread to this one soon.But this is the one with the white mark on the dustcap/cone.It's really not that bad looking.

hehe....... this sub will whomp the shit out of the xxx in the spl department. SQL there will be minimal noticable differances in the sound. granted you might be better off building a new box built to specs for the 4hp to get that sound since a direct swap out with the snailshell may not be optimal for the 4hp.

i've had both the xxx 15 and a papercone 4hp (which is simular to this) and overall the sound quality differance in optimal boxes was minimal if any at all.

this sub is a whole another caliber of strength greater than the xxx. i loved the xxx, but this thing is a beast
