No buddy, he was asking why it was unshippable, then answered himself in comic relief by asking if there are explosives in it, making it unshippable.

Go into Paint, and make it 50% or 75% smaller...

In MS Paint, once the program is open, goto File>Open>Browse for and click on that enclosure pic wherever it is on your HD>

Once the picture has been opened goto Image>Stretch/Skew>input 50% in both 'Stretch' boxes

Go back to File>Save As>*same name it was saved as before*

Reupload the smaller image into your image hosting service
