You said you tried to ship it saturday by UPS, I told you to use USPS. It didnt happen because UPS didn't recognize my CONFIRMED PAYPAL address. So not shipped saturday.

You said you would have tracking to me by 6pm Monday. DIDN'T HAPPEN.

You said you had to ship it USPS due to costs (I told you this from the get go when you agreed to sell to me).

You said you couldn't afford to put tracking on it, not my fault, my paypal note says tracking is required.

You said you would PM me pictures of the receipt showing ti shipped. DIDNT HAPPEN.

You have lied to many times to me! You haven't even been online since 1 Sept. Knowing you had this issue at hand. I tried to open a dispute through paypal but I must wait 7 days from purchase. You payed 28 August. You have 1 more day to make this right.

To make it right, I want a FULL refund and I will repay you IF I RECEIVE IT.

You now have another 24 hours to make this right. I have given you many chances, I am done after this. This is non negotiable, and as soon as I can open a paypal dispute, I will be, unless I receive the refund first.

Wow, sounds like the same thing he did to me. Had tons of excuses the entire THREE weeks it took him to ship my radio out. Been over 2 months and no resolution to my problem...even after tons of promises of a refund.

he didnt go through ups like me the first 2 times in store and 1 time online before going to usps, and yes its on the green and white slip, its not a tracking number, she said it was a reference number, im just goin by what i was told.

A dispute has been opened. If you do not refund me, it escalates to a claim. If it goes to a claim, paypal requires you provide a tracking number to them to prove you shipped it. Since you didn't get one, your screwed. Refund me, and I will repay you once I receive the amp!! I have shown I am willing to pay, so this should not be an issue for you.

I used 15 inches long, I think its like 12. I used 6 inches high, its like 4 and I used 12 wide.

I put it at 20 lbs, it does not weigh 20 lbs. I did from east coast to Guam WITH PROOF OF SHIPPING.
