Dennit, this is not an insult, but just a suggestion. When selling, pm,or email all the tracking shit they want right away, and all of this is avoided. I would be pissed if i bought something, and had to wait for confirmation. It is so much easier to get it over with in one shot.And just because he stated he would be gone for 4 days is no reason not to do it. When i am gone that long, people are checking business related emails for me. I hope you can clear things up with all.

Yeah its funny he has used us as refs. I hope people contact and ask me before buying from him!!!
I don't mind it taking time to ship or get info. But he said it would ship next day and have the info next day. And there was always excuses. All I have now is a scan of a customs form. Which a customs form is free to take as many as you want. He could have taken one filled it out and scanned it! And he was even 7 days late on getting me that stuff.

To many excuses with this kid. He will not own up to anything. Typical of his generation tho.

Kid, go back and read what I wrote. Go back and look at the dates you promised, then look at the dates you sent the stuff. Still haven't seen a receipt. And you never got me tracking, which tracking is what was stated in my paypal. If it was such an issue on price, you should have refunded me instead of shipping it. YOU DID NOT KEEP THE DEAL THAT WAS MADE. THAT IS CALLED A SCAM!

Thats what I don't get. Through all of this, he could have made this very easy. I believe he shipped. I don't think I ever said he didn't. Its the fact he is so unwilling to provide info, when in my paypal it says provide tracking ASAP. He shipped in Monday. Why not send the info to me that day? Instead its now Sat and I still haven't seen a receipt!!!I also told him if he couldn't ship it LAST saturday, refund my money. Instead he had an excuse and decided to ship it Monday. Why did he not just refund me sat night?

x2 again! I asked for a refund atleast 5-6 times a whole WEEK before he shipped as I wasn't happy with the excuses or lack of caring that he has my product and my money.

You are still a scammer tho. You did not live up to your end of the deal. Accepting money and sending a product when and how YOU choose is not how it works. When you work a deal out with someone, you must do the ENTIRE deal AS PLANNED. Not on your terms when you feel like it. If you had of told me from the get go, it would be a few days, then it wouldn't be a problem. But we talked USPS, you tried UPS. That delayed it all. I told you to REFUND ME if you couldn't get it out on time. YOU DID NOT. I told you tracking info, YOU STILL HAVEN'T PROVIDED IT. You should have refunded me if it was an issue. You had those papers this whole time and told me Monday night you would send them to me. ITS NOW SATURDAY!!!!

Instead of getting mad and letting you child side show, how about you point out where anything I just typed is wrong?

no, i said i was going to ship it either friday or saturday, hopefully by friday if i could make it to the store in time, cause you bought it friday afternoon, you cant expect same day shipment for something you bought in late afternoon and the stores closing a little later on, it takes time to box it up and what not, then from saturday on i already explained what happened and there was great communication.

Doesn't take but 5 mins to pack up a radio, amp, etc. It COULD NOT have taken you more than 30 seconds to pack my radio as it was all tossed in a cardboard box and was sliding and moving all around. The cage and and remote were jingling all around the box ever-so loosely. Maybe that explains why it "worked when you had it" but not when I received it?!?! Still SCREAMS REFUND if you don't get a product as described.

Didn't mean to sound harsh or bash you but just wanted to let people know the truth about certain things. It is what it is. And you just can't continue to act like Nick is WRONG for complaining about all this!!!!

Just to update. I SHOULD be receiving the amp in the next few days. I am headed out on mission for 5-6 days but should have internet in the evenings, depending on where we stop for the nights. I will update when my wife send me pics of the amp.

It was 3am where my wife lives when I got in. We have a little baby. I wasnt about to call my wife to check on a package and wake my daughter up as well in the middle of the night. It might be hard to comprehend, but not every country is on the same time zone.
