well some how money order got lost in transit and 1 indatrunk is out of 300 dollars, not by me, i know it sucks man but as you can see the MO never got cashed and i font have it so this is the resolution to the problem we've teamed up with. im selling the nightshade 18 cheap as you will ever find one, just to make up what he owes me after he payed V. he hasnt even used it, it wouldnt fit in his trunk. it not anywhere close to blown. 250 dollars in final offer shipped in the US if your up in the north western states then we call it even at 260 shipped, i do this because he lives in NC and i LIVE in SC so shipping isnt that different from here. if theres any questions contact me by pm and i will give both my number and his number so you can varify this info. thanks

right now i dont know what to do, 1indatrunk has my sub, i didnt get any cash, but hey no one buy it from him, unless you want to get into the legal issues im about to bring out, if he doesnt give it back, or send me at least 150$ if he wants the sub, he can give me 150$, just because im beeing nice and dont want to try and sell this again, again letting him have the benefit of the doubt, sub was originally sold to him for 300 dollars. he gave V 80$, remaining balance of 220$ TO ME that i never received, just for him clearing things up with V ill knock off the extra 70 dollars, so 150$ from 1indatrunk and its his as of now because hes saying i scammed him and he is keeping it either way 1indatrunk, you either show me where you sent the MO or where it HAS BEEN CASHED, if you have NEITHER, you WILL be takin to court. and to add, i could sue you for troubles and the sub itself, troubles of 1,000 plus dollars, the 220 remaining balance to me still, and if yyou have no proof of the MO going out to me, your guaranteed with legality a loss, and if you do have proof you sent it, and its not cashed, i would still get my remaining 220, plus 500+ with damages. try me

Its pretty obvious, you keep bringing up that he has no proof of sending the money order, (which he doesnt and is a little odd) but your using that against him, and it sounds alot like you got it and are aware he doesnt have the proof anymore, so again your trying to fck him over...

your the one that said you called the MO company and they even said it hadnt been cashed, thats not my fault, and to the guy that wanted to buy it, i either was asleep or didnt feel my phone vibrate, or was at the football game that night, i didnt know he was a solid 100% buyer, he said he was gunna swing by and take a look, my motivation of paying attention to the phone wouldve been alot better if there was a more difnate answer, otherwise like i said, either i was asleep, it was dead, i was at the football game, or just didnt feel it vibrate and didnt know the number so i diddnt call it back

Go to some REAL comps and you'll see that most of the guys in the lanes are in their late 20's, 30's, and 40's.....gotta have money for the REAL portion of this "sport". Teenagers (most) don't nearly have the cash flow to be in this game for real. The real companies are in no way shape form or fashion relying on teenagers for business or they'd be out. I honestly have to agree with you on this. Hate to downplay Dennit but he's proven untrustworthy WAY too much here over the past 3 months! 1ndatrunk has tons of all positive references and just unfortunate that he lost or threw out the receipt. No way I could trust dennit over him at this point.

1ndatrunk, sorry you've gotten in this mess man. You only hopped in to help myself and Dennit out but it's proving to be a headache for you.
