well some how money order got lost in transit and 1 indatrunk is out of 300 dollars, not by me, i know it sucks man but as you can see the MO never got cashed and i font have it so this is the resolution to the problem we've teamed up with. im selling the nightshade 18 cheap as you will ever find one, just to make up what he owes me after he payed V. he hasnt even used it, it wouldnt fit in his trunk. it not anywhere close to blown. 250 dollars in final offer shipped in the US if your up in the north western states then we call it even at 260 shipped, i do this because he lives in NC and i LIVE in SC so shipping isnt that different from here. if theres any questions contact me by pm and i will give both my number and his number so you can varify this info. thanks

Well, really, don't see how anyone would get scammed on this b/c A.) dennit doesn't have the sub in his possession and B.) The sub is in 100% working order as I saw it and heard it a few days ago in 1ndatrunks car. VERY loud sub I must say, lol!

But yeah, if a problem occurs, he ducts and dodges his way around things and gives excuses galore!

If I was potetially scammed by a guy, and never recieved payment, there's no way in hell I would allow him to kep my sub for over a month without telling him to return it. We're only about 4hrs drive from each other, so I would be sure to drive and repo my sub. His whole attitude towards this situation is too laid back for me to think that the actual cash never surfaced. He lied in the thread saying that I hadn't even used the sub, when he has pics that I sent him via my cell showing him that I could get an 18 in my trunk. Hell I have a few threads from earlier this year about me having a TREO CSX18 in the same trunk.

He has done nothing but lie throughout this whole ordeal, and I find it ironic that as soon as all of this started he attempted to throw everything he owned in the classifieds at onetime. Most people would fall back as I did, and deal with the situation at hand, rather than start more threads about selling stuff.

There's also the fact that he had this sub sold on a local pick-up deal, but never returned my, or the other guys calls when the buyer was literally a few miles from my house. He has shown no real interest in trying to sell the sub. If I were out of $220, that would be my main priority

and to this....i hate packaging and shipping subs, i have no use for it here now that i dont have a car, this is why i let you hold onto it, plus some guy said it took like 2 weeks for his MO to come to him so i gave you benefit of the doubt and waited for what 4 weeks now? send me back the sub, if you have proof the MO hasnt shipped, or did you just spend your happy *** time on here waitng for me to slip up with someone else again and take your shot at calling me out as a scammer and stealing my sub? this is the impression i had after about 4 days and not receiving this money order.
