I bought a DD amp off of him and it was as listed. I have to say I knew buying it from an unauthorized dealer I was rolling the dice. That is the chance you take buying anything off the internet. But that goes for the same having a so called professional shop doing the install. If you were not looking over the installer shoulder the whole time you can't say they didn't install it correctly. I have been doing installs since the early 80's and seen so of the so called best shops do some of the worst installs. To me the only guarantee it is done 100% is to do it yourself and even then you can have a bad fuse block or wire cut and never even see it until it is to late.

All in all electrical system sometimes work and sometimes they don't.

This is 100% not the case. Though if you say I have to watch the shop the entire time to ensure they do what I asked, then same needs to be said for your installation experience...right? I haven't seen it, so I can't really take your advice as sound. Just using your same logic, not saying you're not a good installer. In actuality, since this was a quick install, I watched it the whole time. They asked me where I wanted it mounted, etc. Needless to say, I dropped in the planet audio in its place EXACTLY the same...place, wiring, fuse. That thing is running fine. I did say in my initial comments that I think this may be an isolated case, but was upset at lack of action on part of the seller and no willingness to help. I appreciate your advice, but it's irrelevant to my situation. We can now dismiss this case as the amp is being repaired.
