Hi All,

I have a couple of somewhat rare items that I'm trying to get rid of. I will consider reasonable offers but low balling will not get a response. All of this gear is in good, unused or new condition and being sold for far less than the original price.

Even though I am new to this forum, I have refs from DIYMA (links at end of post).

Thanks for looking!

- Rainbow Cal 28s. I'm the 2nd owner, I orignally purchased them from gundecker on this site. I have never installed them. These exact tweeters were used in Shinjohn's extensive tweeter comparison thread.

Asking $450.00

- 2 Phase Aliante 12si. These are very rare and are often refered to as the best SQ subs you can buy. These subs are new/never seen power and have sequential serial numbers. One of the wooden boxes (particle board bottom) is coming apart. I will ensure very safe packing.

Asking $650 for the pair (I would like to keep them together).

- Critical Mass UL 12. Brand new, taken out of box only for inspection and pictures.

Asking $650.00

I'll touch base on the ul, I would love to do the 28's just to rich right now. what are the specs on the Aliante 12si's, very intreating also
The Allliantes are no longer made and were always pretty rare stateside. Elsewhere they are commonly referred to as the "ultimate" sq sub. This said, they are not a high excursion drivers by any stretch. They can handle a good amount of power and due to their magnet and cone structure they are extremely stable at full tilt. I've heard that people can commonly get 120+db out of a single sealed Aliante.

Lastly, they work really well in a medium to small box 1-1.2 cub sealed a little larger vented. They were very expensive when they were sold ($1k each).

Here are a couple of reviews below but for some first hand insight go to talkaudio.co.uk and search "aliante". You could do the same search here for that matter.

****, nice pickup. I want those 28s pretty bad.
you know it. I wish the 25 and 26's I have would go quickly, I would go ahead and get the 28's and worry about selling the others next week. but there are alot of cal for sale now and I don't want to undercut the other guys just to sell mine, not very cool.
